How to Add Your Payment Details to TutorCruncher

In this video, Miles walks you through the step-by-step process of adding your payment details to TutorCruncher. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign Up & Set a Password

    • You’ll receive an email invitation to join TutorCruncher. Follow the link to create a password and log in.

  2. Go to the Billing Section

    • Once logged in, navigate to the 'Billing' section on the left-hand side.

  3. Add Your Card Details

    • Click 'Add New Card' and enter your payment details.

  4. Verify Your Card

    • After clicking 'Save New Card', you may receive a notification from your banking app asking you to verify this addition.

  5. Check for Confirmation

    • If your card has been successfully added, it will appear in a light green box.

    • If it doesn’t appear, the process wasn’t completed, and you may need to try again.

💡 Please note: We do not currently accept American Express.

Flexible Pay-As-You-Go Billing

Unlike most music schools and tutoring agencies that require termly upfront payments, our system operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, giving you greater flexibility. This means you will not be charged until after the lesson has taken place and the teacher has logged the lesson in TutorCruncher.
