Prelude Education nurtures musicians of all ages, abilities, and instruments to provide directional support and foster a love for music.

We provide private music tuition and bespoke music education consultancy services, including music scholarship advisory services.

60 minutes | From £70 (Any classes that go beyond 60 minutes are charged at an hourly rate from £70 per hour)

COURSES

Instrument Discovery Course — From £395 (excluding instrument hire)

1-1 bespoke course to help children discover the instrument that they’ll love and enjoy playing. The minimum package includes:

  • Us handling all the paperwork and logistics for 2x instruments to arrive at your house

  • 2x handpicked music teachers

  • 4h of bespoke lessons and assessment

  • 1x detailed report reviewed by a senior staff member of Prelude Education

After an in-depth meeting and assessment, we provide a personalised list of scholarships suited to your child and help you to understand the procedure for applying

Scholarship Package — £1,900

In addition to the scholarship shortlist, the Senior Scholarship Advisor will then create a bespoke scholarship plan for your child and Prelude Education will put in place the private music teachers to support the implementation of the plan.

The consultant will provide on-going termly support across four terms, with one 1-1 meeting per term. Prelude Education will also arrange the facilities for any audition tapes and/or recordings; for mock aural exams; mock auditions; and complete all scholarship application paperwork on your behalf.

The scholarship package is a year-long package but this can be extended. The cost of private music teachers is not included in the package.
