Become a music Teacher

We foster a supportive environment where all our music teachers feel valued.

This is why we are committed to paying our music teachers at least between 25-45% above the hourly teaching rate set by the Musicians' Union.

We also want you to feel valued as part of the wider Prelude Education teacher community, and this means enjoying the following benefits

  • Exclusive discounted rates for recording studios

  • Teacher social events

What’s next?

After you have submitted your application we will review it as soon as possible.

The next stage of the process involves an interview. If you are successful at the interview, the team at Prelude Education will then conduct safeguarding checks and follows up on your references.

We will send you more information about these next steps if you are successful in your application.

One of the safeguarding checks involve you completing an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (EDBS). We will support you in this process if you don’t have one and will only ask for you to complete this check if you are successful at the interview stage.

If you have any questions about the process or wish to arrange a call to discuss your application, please email us at apply@preludeeducation.com.
